La pastorale est une structure essentielle au sein des assemblées de Dieu francophones de Belgique. Elle représente l’organe souverain pour toutes les décisions spirituelles, doctrinales et organisationnelles. Elle est composée de pasteurs et d’une enseignante, tous engagés dans le service de Dieu. Ensemble, ils se réunissent régulièrement pour :

• Make important decisions regarding the life and direction of the movement;
• Experience fellowship;
• Pray and seek God's guidance;
• Share the needs and realities of the local assemblies;
• Reflect on current issues related to society, faith, and mission;
• Provide teachings adapted to the field.

Outside of these gatherings, the Pastoral Assembly plays a key role in the spiritual direction of the movement, doctrinal oversight, ongoing training of ministers, appointment of the Executive Board, and the harmonious development of pastoral work throughout the Belgian territory. It operates in a spirit of unity, service, and faithfulness to the Gospel, in alignment with its statement of faith.
